Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping services are fulfilled through carriers supported by Easyship.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to U.S. territories.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where supported by the carrier.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Resolutions may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

How to Initiate an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at aarzoobyak@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. We will provide further instructions once your request is reviewed.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Policy Rights
Aarzoo by AK reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above or appear to be in violation of this policy.
